01) CHALLENGE
High speed data networks and the miniaturisation of digital components has introduced several new service opportunities. These services were new to the customer: they had a need to learn how the new technology would benefit them and understand the value of the new services.
02) REQUIREMENTS
Create a new website to explain the new IoT propositions and help drive demand for the new services.

03) APPROACH
Customer needs analysis demonstrated a requirement for the website to have different elements:
• A proposition component that explained the new technology in language customers understood
• Reassuring content on how easy it was to use the new technology;
• Inspirational content on how others were gaining benefit from the new services
A new look and feel was also created to reflect that these services were stretching the brand from its current perception
04) OUTCOMES
The new Internet of Things site introduced new customer journeys for both discovery and purchase and has successfully supported an ever-increasing range of new Internet of things services such as Smart Home, Trackers and Intelligent Car.
