Survey the market to understand opportunity for the network in areas such as: Telecoms and Utilities, Electric Vehicles, Financial Services and beyond.

03) APPROACH

Interviews with stakeholders in industries revealed different behavioural
archetypes. Larger organisations were seeking proven solutions that had strong business cases, while smaller organisations were looking for proof of concepts that were quick to build and test.

04) OUTCOMES

A new service model was created, identifying how to promote the features of the smart network.

New business incubation approaches including partnerships, hack days and proof of concepts were defined.
